2 ONE-MINUTE GIFTS OF ART MINDFULNESS Valerie Y. Snyder, a veteran educator who has been recognized as a “teacher who makes magic,” will offer  us a unique program. Based on a recent book she has written, Val shares transformative techniques to  help us integrate mindfulness into our lives through simple, engaging drawing exercises. These quick and  easy practices combine the power of art and mindfulness to promote emotional well-being. Best of all, no  artistic experience is required!
