The history Club invites you to meet President Herbert Hoover and First Lady, Lou Henry Hoover in our Ballroom on July 2, 2019. at 1 PM. We will show a one hour video of a 2 person reenactment of the fascinating and often perplexing life of our 31st president who has been named both " The Great Humanitarian " and the president responsible for " The Great Depression. "
Following the video we will have a short slide presentation on " Presidential Libraries " and a Q and A.
Please note, we will be meeting in the ballroom as this will provide us with better seating and access than the our usual meeting place ( the Sports Lounge ). Our moderator will be Larry Rosendorf.
