 Pneumonia and Flu shots are being offered to the residents of Four Seasons at Metedeconk Lakes.
The shots will be offered by Walgreens on Monday, October 21, 2019 in the Ballroom, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The costs of the shots are solely the financial responsibility of the resident, not the HOA.
In order to offer this service to the community, a minimum of 25 residents are needed to participate.
To sign-up for this service, send an email to Metedeconk@optonline.net with your name and address.
Please note "SHOTS" in the subject line.
The deadline to sign up is Thursday, October 10, 2019.
The appropriate forms for the shots are available in the rotary rack at the Concierge’s office and Property Management office. Please keep the forms with you until you see a Walgreen's staff member.
