| Description: | You will begin your visit with a stop at the D.C. Union Station for lunch, on your own, and to enjoy the decorations, and the holiday model train panorama. You will then enjoy the U.S. Botanical Gardens, and see the amazing poinsettia displays, and holiday exhibits. Finally, you will check in to the GAYLORD NATIONAL RESORT, before having dinner at a Victorian Tavern, that once hosted George Washington and John Adams.
You will have time to enjoy the amazing holiday display, ICE, during your stay at the Gaylord! ICE isawalk through, life size, winter wonderland, sculpted entirely of 2 million pounds of ice. Step into the grand atrium of the GAYLORD NATIONAL to see the lights, and snowfall inside the building, as well as the nightly “Tree Lighting Show”. You can also enjoy riding the Capital Wheel to take in all the views, or shuttle to MGM and Tanger Outlets. After a buffet Breakfast in the Peinza restaurant, you can take some time to enjoy the hotel amenities, and the National Harbor before we depart for home. Enjoy lunch on your own at one of the many restaurants in the National Harbor.
