Italian American Club’s ( IAC ) to sponsor a
“Movie Under The Stars Night”
September 16, 2020
The Board of Trustees has approved the Italian American Club’s ( IAC ) request to sponsor a “Movie Under The Stars Night” on September 16, 2020 in the clubhouse parking lot from 7:30 to 10:00 PM. The movie to be viewed is MAMMA MIA
THIS EVENT IS FREE AND OPEN TO METEDECONK RESIDENTS ONLY
The area of the parking lot closest to the clubhouse will be used for parking cars and the driveway between the two (2) sections of the parking lot will be kept clear for people who want to leave early. The movie screen will be place just inside the driveway that leads to the gazebo so it will be away from homes at the far end of the parking lot.
Squares (6x6), will be marked off for seating and be six (6) feet apart on all sides. Attendees will be required to provide their own seating. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED if you leave your assigned 6x6 square and compliance will be monitored.
Seating will be on a first come first served basis. You will pick your own square. The number of people in your square cannot exceed 4 (four). To ensure accuracy in the registration process seating will be open from 6:15 to 7:00 PM.
Admission will be closed at 7PM sharp to allow for IAC Board members to complete the registration form for all attendees in each square.
The FSML Board has mandated the IAC manage the number of attendees via a registration process as well as manage/monitor all attendees remain in compliance throughout the event.
