On Wednesday, October 28 at 7 PM there will be an open meeting for all residents at which time our Treasurer, Allan Tamarkin, will present the proposed 2021 FSML Budget. This meeting will take place as an interactive teleconference where all participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, make comments, and hear all other participants' input. We encourage residents to please take part.
To participate in this meeting please follow the following steps:
The presentation print out will be available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday outside the front door of the clubhouse or you can click the link at the bottom of this email. Power point presentation is also available on the website.
Using your telephone call 732-839-3003. Please do not call in more than 10 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. If there are long periods of no dialog the system automatically ends the meeting and we must restart the call.
When prompted enter the conference ID 6982915#. You will hear music until the meeting starts.
Once the meeting begins you will be instructed, at the appropriate time, on how to ask questions or make comments that all participants will hear. Please ignore the instructions to press *6 to ask a question. We will be controlling the call from the Host Control Panel and will un-mute participants that request the opportunity to speak. By pressing *6 you will be muting yourself again after we un-mute you.
