| Description: |  We play softball games on Saturday mornings against players from other adult communities. These are on a nearby Ocean County or Freehold field. Since we had funds left over last year due to the many rain outs, so dues are only $15 this year for the entire season to cover balls, bats, etc.
Players do have to provide their own gloves. We start playing on April 21st. Players of all skills are welcome. We have a lot of fun. Our season usually runs from late April through September, depending on the weather. If you are interested in playing this year, please contact the Coordinator, Michael Nurko, ( 732-833-2438 or mick747@aol.com). Mike is also the team manager. Please call or e-mail him even if you played last year. You can also leave a note with your phone number in the Softball mail box in our clubhouse lobby or leave a check made out to “Michael Nurko” with 'Saturday Softball” marked on the memo line. The sign up deadline is April 20th. In addition, we are in need of another umpire. If you are interested, please contact Mike. No experience is necessary. |
