A cold winter’s day is the perfect time to view an eye-opening and provocative
documentary film focused on the renowned modern art collector, Peggy
Guggenheim, niece of Solomon Guggenheim of NYC. Peggy was a colorful
character and heiress to her family fortune who became a central figure in the
modern art movement, collecting not only art but artists as well. Over the years she
built one of the most important collections of modern art, now enshrined in her
Venetian palazzo. Spouses and significant others are welcome.

did any knitting? This is the class for you! The class will start with a review of how to
knit, purl, cast on and cast off. We will then make the Beginner’s Stitch Sampler Scarf.
This fun scarf has different stitch patterns set in blocks along the scarf. The pattern
will be provided. Graduate and go on to bigger, better and more involved patterns!
