Did you used to knit but think you forgot how? Or did you ever take lessons but never
did any knitting? This is the class for you! The class will start with a review of how to
knit, purl, cast on and cast off. We will then make the Beginner’s Stitch Sampler Scarf.
This fun scarf has different stitch patterns set in blocks along the scarf. The pattern
will be provided. Graduate and go on to bigger, better and more involved patterns!

Exercise can be fun! Join us for an enjoyable class led by Marcie from Clark Fitness. This is a
low impact class. You will build strength, balance and coordination while working out to great
music. Our class will begin with a warm-up and includes aerobic exercise, weight training
(bring your weights), abdominal strengthening and balance.
IMPORTANT: Please register for each session separately and label each envelope with
the session you wish to attend.
NOTE: The profits for all Strong Bones classes are being generously donated by Marie
